Associate Territory Representative - North & West Chicagoland

Entry-level medical device sales position focused on building a territory from scratch in urology and urogynecology clinics across North and West Chicagoland. The role requires disciplined prospecting, relationship-building with healthcare providers, and driving prescription volume for intermittent catheters and urinary management systems.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics within assigned territory
- Educate prescribers and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products
- Convert new prescribers and expand usage within existing accounts to drive revenue
- Execute in-clinic demonstrations and educational sessions with clinical staff
- Maintain territory pipeline, track activity and opportunities in CRM system
Requirements
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license and daily territory travel capability
- Cold outreach capability and comfort with extended sales cycles
- Strong verbal communication and professional credibility with physicians
- Hunter mentality with competitive, coachable, accountable approach
Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 base annually, plus incentive plans and bonuses
