Associate Territory Representative - Chicago Southwest

This entry-level medical device sales role involves prospecting and calling on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics to drive prescriptions of intermittent catheters and urinary management systems. Successful candidates will build territory pipelines from scratch through disciplined prospecting, clinical education, and relationship-building with physicians and clinic staff. The position requires 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, a bachelor's degree, and daily travel within the Chicago Southwest and Davenport areas.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics within assigned territory
• Educate prescribers and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of urinary management products
• Convert new prescribers and expand usage to drive prescription volume growth
• Build and maintain territory pipeline with accurate CRM activity and opportunity data
• Execute in-clinic product demonstrations and follow-up education with clinical staff

Requirements

• 2-4 years B2B sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license with daily territory travel capability
• Cold outreach comfort and ability to navigate long sales cycles
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional presence with physicians
• Coachable, competitive mindset with accountability for results
• Experience at companies with world-class sales training (ADP, Enterprise, Cintas, Paychex, Xerox preferred)

Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 base annually, plus potential incentive plans and bonuses
