Precision Assembly Technician

Responsibilities Gathers parts, submassemblies, tools, and materials required for the job Positions parts and tools by using templates or reading measurements Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit Utilizes hand held tools and other mechanical equipment Verifies specifications by measuring completed product Resolves assembly issues or product defects by notifying supervisor Reworks and/or repairs assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes Keeps equipment operatonal by following manufacturer's and departmental instructions, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, calling for repairs or repairing the equipment with supervisor's approval Maintains safe and clean work environment according to OSHA and as instructed by the manager to comply with procedures, rules, and regulations Conserve rsources by using appropriate time and energy on equipent and supplies to accomplish job results Documents actions and issues by completing production or quality forms Contributes, support, and be a team player by accomplishing related tasks as needed Performs additional duties that may be given or assigned from time-to-time or as needed due to the demand of business Observe all company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism and good performance Minutemen Staffing provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
