Graphic Designer

Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing content marketing firm, for a talented Graphic Designer to join their creative team. This is a chance to shape the visual identity of campaigns for a fast-growing roster of clients, working across digital, social, and print to bring brand stories to life in a collaborative, fully remote environment.

Day to day, you will juggle multiple projects at once, moving from a social media carousel to a client pitch deck to an email template, all while keeping brand consistency front of mind. The ideal candidate thrives on variety, takes feedback in stride, and enjoys partnering closely with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to turn ideas into polished visuals under real deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising
• Collaborate with content strategists and copywriters to translate ideas into visuals
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines across multiple client accounts
• Create presentation decks and pitch materials for client-facing teams
• Produce layouts for blog graphics, infographics, and marketing collateral
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Incorporate feedback from account managers and clients into final deliverables
• Stay current on design trends and best practices in content marketing
• Support video and motion graphics projects as needed
• Maintain organized design files and asset libraries for each client

Requirements

• 2 or more years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and social media design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Familiarity with Canva or similar rapid design tools a plus
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Experience designing for social platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Strong communication skills and comfort receiving iterative feedback
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
