Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions. Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map out plumbing installations. Test plumbing systems to ensure functionality and compliance with local codes and regulations. Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects effectively. Respond to service calls and perform routine maintenance to prevent future problems. Cut, assemble, and install pipes using hand and power tools. Provide cost estimates and timelines for plumbing work as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Proficiency in using plumbing tools such as pipe cutters, wrenches, and threading machines. Knowledge of plumbing systems, including water supply, waste removal, and heating systems. Familiarity with local plumbing codes and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, working in tight spaces, and standing for extended periods.
