Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting students in Carbon and Lehigh Counties, Pennsylvania, as an Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers a chance to collaborate within educational settings, making a real difference in students’ daily lives. You’ll be working a consistent 35-hour week, following the assigned school calendar through June 11, 2027, with schedules tailored to meet evolving student needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license
• Educational Specialist I or II Certificate
• Willingness and ability to work in Carbon or Lehigh County
• Comfortable with a school-day schedule, up to 35 hours each week
• Experience working with students with varied disabilities and support requirements
• Able to attend in-person interviews (virtual interviews are not available)

Preferred Experience:

• School-based, pediatric, or special education-related experience strongly valued
• Previous service in collaborative multidisciplinary education teams is a plus

Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
• Developing individualized treatment plans to address students’ unique needs
• Collaborating with educators, support staff, and families to promote student independence
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation as required by the educational setting
• Participating in IEP meetings and multi-disciplinary team discussions
