Job Description Glenbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. Responsibilities Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and communicate recommended services clearly and professionally. Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate repair orders and timely service. Advise customers on maintenance needs and additional services that support vehicle longevity. Keep customers informed throughout the service process. Maintain accurate records, estimates, and service histories.
