Hiring HVAC Technicians, Install or Service, Start ASAP!

We are seeking skilled and reliable HVAC Technicians to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and/or commercial clients. If you are hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems operate safely and effectively
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate system issues and solutions clearly to clients
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Respond to emergency repair calls as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC experience (preferred)
• EPA Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and components
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (attics, rooftops, confined spaces)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with both residential and commercial systems
• Refrigeration experience (a plus)
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
• Customer-focused mindset

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Hartland, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
