ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of 11. I've been with State Farm for over 15 years, beginning my career selling life insurance door to door before achieving my goal of becoming a State Farm agent.

Community involvement is a big part of who we are. I serve on local business association boards, sponsor the local Farmers Market, and support several nonprofits and community events throughout the Portland metro area. Building relationships outside the office is just as important to me as serving our customers inside it.

As a Customer Service Representative with Jacquline Fitzgibbon - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
