Senior Manager, Enterprise Stewardship & Standards
Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise glossary with canonical definitions for cross-domain planning concepts
- Author business-rule documentation for shared planning data in partnership with subject-matter experts
- Define steward and data-owner accountability through RACI matrices across domains
- Facilitate cross-functional forums to establish consensus on definitions and standards
- Prepare decision records and escalation packages for unresolved cross-domain conflicts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or health-related field
- 7+ years experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or health-related industry
- Knowledge of drug development, clinical planning, and portfolio management processes
- Experience developing business glossaries, canonical definitions, and business-rule documentation
- Proficiency creating RACI matrices and clarifying cross-functional accountability
- Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills
- Familiarity with planning tools: Planisware, Planview, Microsoft Project, Office suite
