The team is responsible for all construction and site improvement work to enable the business needs as well as align with the financial requirements.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsRunning, designing and construction capital project delivery independently from inception, defining, leading, monitoring, and reporting project progress, cost, and scheduleCollaborating with Project Controls, build cost plans and project estimates for scenario analysis and funding approvalMonitoring and reporting project cost including cost commitments, change trends, accrual, cashflow and depreciation forecastCollaborating with Project Controls, Procurement and Accounts Payable, manage source to pay process - including competitive bidding, leveling, award, contracting, PO issuance and supplier paymentProviding periodic reports for senior management and leadership level stakeholders. Maintain effective communication with internal customers, GWS wide team, senior leadership and cross-functional partnersProviding reporting data for performance metrics tracking and benchmarkingManaging cross-functional partners and collaboration for projects and improvement initiativesEstablishing relationships with jurisdictions to understand local entitlement and permit processes and assist in expedition of planning and construction activitiesLeading the development of architectural and engineering drawings and reviews with end-users, cross functional partners (EHS, Global Engineering, Security, IT, IFM, end users and technical SMEs) at key phases for consistency to standards, brief and best practices and alignment with cost and scheduleLooking for project savings and cost avoidance opportunitiesComplete site visits, as required, to monitor project progress and customer satisfactionPartnering closely with Environmental Health & Safety team to maintain KLA service and safety standardsWorking closely with the GWS IFM team to integrate old and new systems.Learning how KLA products integrate with the facility infrastructure in terms of installation specifications and utility consumptions.
