Polychem Oms Systems Specialized Equipment Team MemberThis position will be a member of a team that builds all facets of the Polychem OMS Systems specialized equipment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMechanical assembly while adhering to all safety policies and proceduresPacking and loading of machines for transportMaintain a clean work environmentAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and instructionsLight fabrication and machiningAccept constructive criticism and use it to improve performanceBasic wiring abilitySome computer skillsBe a team player and work well with othersAble to work accurately and efficiently to complete jobHave a customer focused mentalityOther duties as assignedRequirementsMinimum three years' experience doing assembly work; machine customization a plusMechanically inclinedAbility to read and follow drawings and bills of material accuratelyCommon knowledge of basic and intermediate hand toolsSelf-motivated and focused on the job at handAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to change projects midway, flexibleAbility to follow detailed directions and complete tasksAbility and knowledge of using paint sprayersOther RequirementsExcellent attendance record: willingness to work overtimeAble to lift up to 30 lbs.; stand for long periods of time; be mobile to perform job dutiesForklift operation; provide own hand tools; electrical experience a plusAble to work overtime with little forewarning to complete jobsExperience with painting industrial equipmentPositive attitude and a track record of good performance
