Tech IR/Special Procedures

Job Summary:

Seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to support patient imaging procedures in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role involves assisting with a variety of interventional procedures to ensure optimal patient care and imaging quality.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate and maintain imaging equipment to capture high-quality radiographic images.
  
  
• 
  Prepare and position patients appropriately for interventional procedures.
  
  
• 
  Assist radiologists during complex interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety.
  
  
• 
  Follow infection control protocols and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized.
  
  
• 
  Document procedures accurately and maintain detailed patient records.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver efficient patient care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Credentialed Radiologic Technologist certification required.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology or similar specialty.
  
  
• 
  Proficient in operating advanced imaging equipment and tools.
  
  
• 
  Ability to follow detailed procedural protocols and safety guidelines.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
