Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in a comparable high-volume restaurant environment
• Proven success completing a structured restaurant management training program
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and retain high-performing teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience driving sales, controlling costs, and achieving profitability goals
• Excellent communication, guest recovery, and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing large teams in fast-paced, service-focused environments
• Proficiency with POS systems and standard computer applications
• Ability to meet all federal, state, and local regulations related to food and beverage service
• Physical ability to meet the demands of a high-volume restaurant operation

Must-Haves

• Experience managing extremely high-volume restaurant operations, $8mm+ annual revenue
• Positive attitude and solutions-oriented leadership style

• Hands-on leadership approach with a consistent presence on the floor during service
• Ability to balance guest experience, team morale, and operational execution simultaneously

• Experience in upscale casual, fine dining, entertainment-driven, multi-unit, or multi-outlet restaurant concepts
• Background working with chef-driven, scratch kitchen, or hospitality-focused operations
• Proven track record of mentoring managers and developing future leaders
• Experience overseeing complex food and beverage operations with multiple revenue streams
