The VRAI Marketing Director is responsible for defining and leading the brand’s marketing strategy to build awareness, create emotional connection, and drive customer acquisition and loyalty. This leader shapes how the brand shows up in culture, ensuring every campaign, collaboration, and customer touchpoint reinforces a distinctive point of view and elevates brand desirability. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with creative excellence, understands the aspirations of target customers, and has a strong instinct for fashion, culture, social trends, and storytelling. They know how to transform insights into compelling communication that inspires consideration and convert attention into sales. • This position will often: Sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
• Lift/carry and push/pull up to 25 pounds
