About the Position

A leading healthcare system in Lima, Ohio is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to provide comprehensive cardiovascular care focused on diagnosis, evaluation, and medical management of heart disease using non-invasive diagnostic techniques . The physician will work in both inpatient consultation and outpatient clinical settings , managing a diverse cardiac patient population.

Responsibilities include interpreting EKGs, stress tests, echocardiograms, and Holter monitoring , while treating conditions such as heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmias, and coronary artery disease . The role involves collaboration with interventional cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, and multidisciplinary care teams , along with maintaining accurate EMR documentation and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time schedule

• Mix of inpatient consults and outpatient clinic coverage

• On-call participation as required by the department

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology

• Valid Ohio Medical License or eligibility

• DEA Certification (if applicable)

• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

• Clean professional record with no license red flags
