Position Corporate Tax Senior Associate
Full Time Role
Location: San Jose, CA, Hybrid 3 days onsite a week.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Certifications
- CPA Preferred
- Active CPA or Active JD/Attorney License required for future promotion to Manager
- 2–4+ years progressive Corporate Tax experience
- Minimum 1–2 years as a Senior Associate
- Recent Public Accounting experience
- Corporate/Federal Tax Compliance
- Form 1120 Corporate Tax Returns
- ASC 740 Tax Provision (Preparation, Review & Audit Support)
- Corporate clients with $50M–$1B revenue
- US GAAP knowledge
- Tax Research
- Client-facing experience
