Member Services Representative Part Time

Part-Time Member Services Representative Are you passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals? Planet Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy Part-Time Member Services Representative to join our Lansing team! As the face of our club, you will create a positive, welcoming environment (our famous Judgement Free Zone) for every member who walks through our doors. If you are a self-motivated team player who loves interacting with people and takes pride in keeping a facility clean and organized, we want to hear from you. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Member Experience: Enthusiastically greet members, check them in, answer phone inquiries, and provide tours to prospective members. Membership Support: Assist members with their accounts on the computer, explain membership options, and process enrollments or upgrades. Club Excellence: Maintain a clean, safe, and sparkling environment by regularly cleaning gym equipment from top to bottom and keeping the facility tidy. Qualifications & Requirements Personality: A friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude is a must! Skills: Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency. Work Ethic: Highly reliable, punctual, and self-motivated to complete tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
