Role Description This is a part-time/ full time remote Sales Executive role focused on helping individuals and families identify insurance solutions that fit their needs and financial goals. The Sales Executive will conduct virtual consultations, assess client requirements, and recommend appropriate products from a diverse portfolio of carriers. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and follow-up, managing a personal sales pipeline, preparing quotes, and assisting clients with applications and policy questions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in agency systems, collaborating with team members, and staying current on carrier offerings and compliance guidelines. This position offers flexibility while requiring consistent communication, goal-oriented performance, and a high level of professionalism. Qualifications Experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles, with the ability to build rapport and trust in a remote environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening. Basic understanding of insurance or financial services, or a willingness to learn and complete any required licensing or training. Comfort with digital tools and remote work technologies, including video conferencing, CRM systems, and online documentation. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a part-time schedule while meeting performance expectations. High ethical standards and commitment to providing transparent, client-focused guidance.
