CLIENT SERVICES SUPERVISOR

Qualifications: Education: minimum qualification Associates in Applied Science. Bachelor s degree in one of the Chemical, Physical or Biological sciences desired. License/Certifications: ASCP Certification or equivalent preferred. Experience: the position of Laboratory Departmental Supervisor requires knowledge of Laboratory practices through formal training. Progressive management experience preferred. Four (4) years laboratory experience desired. Responsible to: Administrative Director of Laboratory Services Responsible for: Client Service supervisor will oversee and direct all patient care laboratory services in the Specimen processing, send out, reporting and client services area in a cost effective, patient orientated manner. Summary: Client Service supervisor requires a basic knowledge of Laboratory pre-analytical, analytical and post analytical processes, through Laboratory training and working experience. Supervisor must promote a positive work environment through strong leadership skills. Salary Range: $18.00 - $28.84
