Responsibilities:

• Supervisory experience in the field of addiction, 5 years' experience utilizing clinical, evidenced based tools in making sound clinical decisions, skilled in clinical reasoning, listening and excellent communication skills.
• Technology savvy, use of software and Microsoft office tools. Clinical documentation
• Knowledge in performance management and team development (supervisory skills) and ability to organize and manage time and multi-task.
• Supervision of staff, staff development, training, direct service to clients and record review.
• Ability to work in a diverse fast paced environment.

Requirements:

• Masters degree required; LCADC required; CCS required
• Valid drivers license in good standing required
• Bilingual preferred

Professionally Licensed (LCADC CCS)

• Qualified Non-profit Agency for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), where applicable
