Project Manager III

Supporting a large federal-government contract focused on health-information technology, the full-time remote Project Manager III will manage software development projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives, schedules, and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities Manage projects according to industry best practices, focusing on scope, schedule, budget, and quality Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate communication among project teams, clients, and stakeholders Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies while managing dependencies and competing priorities across software development workstreams Required qualifications Bachelor of Arts or Science degree Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Nine or more years of experience managing mid- to large-scale projects, particularly in Health IT or public health informatics Demonstrated experience managing complex software development projects in an Agile environment Knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology and experience with tools like Jira for tracking software delivery
