  3. Realtor.com Market VIP leads — active buyers and sellers searching the MLS in your market right now. These are zip-code-zoned leads that convert up to 3-5x higher than industry average.
  4. PPC campaigns — team-funded paid ads driving inbound buyer and seller inquiries
  5. Strata Offers cash offer seller pipeline — our in-house guaranteed cash offer program generates dozens of listing opportunities for team agents each month.
  6. Inside Sales Agent team — ISA's pre-qualify and warm up prospects before routing them to you, so you're stepping into conversations that are ready to move

What else you get on Day 1:

  1. Strata University — a 20-module playbook that takes you from licensed to closing, step by step
  2. Top producer mentorship — you'll get assigned to a top-producing mentor, so you can learn from someone actually thriving in the market you will be serving.
  3. In-person + virtual training — daily huddles, weekly in-person sales meetings, and Strata Live (a 2-hour open virtual room twice a week where you can ask leadership and top producers anything, in real time)
  4. Office space — physical office to work from, plus the flexibility to work from the field or home when you want. We provide the office, use it if you want, don't if you don't!
  5. Business Phone Number Email — You'll be able to easily keep your personal life and business separate because on day one, we will provide you with a business number and email address to use.
  6. Headshots — Each month, we offer the opportunity for our agents to get new headshots. This way, your marketing materials can stay fresh.
  7. Business Cards — When you connect with someone, you'll want to have a business card to share with them. We provide your first set!
  8. Personalized Page on Team Website — We want to help you build your own name in this industry. We provide a custom page of our team site just for you. This will help you build your name and brand.
  9. No monthly fees. No desk fees.

A transaction coordinator and contract concierge handling the paperwork so you can stay focused on what matters most.

  1. Never have to write your own contract or addendum. Our in-house contract concierge will collect the necessary information from you and have the contract written and ready for your review in minutes so you can focus on what matters most your clients.
  2. Out for signatures and managed through closing. Our in-house transaction team will take it from there. Once you've okayed it, they will send your offer out for signatures, and send out welcome emails to everyone involved once everything is executed and continue to manage the transaction until you've successfully closed and been paid.

Industry-leading tech: We pride ourselves on staying ahead of the curve, always aiming to solve the headaches and roadblocks in front of our agents through using tech to make their lives easier and keep their businesses growing more effortlessly.

We will have you set up and ready on all of the industry's leading tech, including :

  1. Follow Up Boss (a customer relationship management tool aimed to help you stay in contact with your leads, so you can stay top of mind and close more deals),
  2. Fello (a platform for automatically nurturing and tracking your leads so you don't miss future business opportunities),
  3. Custom home-search app so you can see every house your clients are looking at in their free time and know exactly which homes to show them.
  4. Custom team app so you've got every resource you need to conduct your business at your fingertips while you're busy in the field. You'll have things like Contract Concierge, vendor contact information, mentor messaging, and MLS information, right there when you need it.

All it set up and ready to go on Day 1. You don't pay setup fees, monthly fees, or technology charges. It's just here waiting for you.

Responsibilities

  1. Follow up with the leads we provide and build real relationships with buyers and sellers.
  2. Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in a way that highlights their unique features and benefits.
  3. Conduct buyer and seller consultations using the scripts and frameworks we'll train you on, utilizing our comprehensive CRM system to manage client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
  4. Host open houses and show homes.
  5. Work closely with our transaction team to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, allowing you to focus on client engagement and sales activities.
  6. Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  7. Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  8. Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  9. Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  10. Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales

Qualifications

  1. A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  2. Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  3. Self-motivation and drive
  4. Organized and manages time effectively
  5. Technology driven

Compensation

$120,000+ yearly
