Bonneville Builders has been building throughout Utah since 1998, with offices in Sandy and St. George, Utah. Our experience spans multifamily, hospitality, industrial, office, retail, health care, civic and tenant improvement construction.

As Bonneville continues to grow, we are looking for an organized, creative and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our companywide marketing efforts. This position will work closely with the Marketing Director, business development team, project teams and company leadership to create marketing materials, support proposals, coordinate events and strengthen the Bonneville Builders brand.

This role reports to the Marketing Director.

What You’ll Do

• Proposals and Business Development: Assist with RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, prequalification packages and other pursuit materials. Help update resumes, project sheets, organizational charts, presentations and market-specific qualification packages.
• Graphic Design and Production: Design and produce social media graphics, flyers, project sheets, presentations, advertisements, signage and other print and digital materials while maintaining established brand standards.
• Digital Content and Communications: Support website updates, social media scheduling, email campaigns, digital screens, internal communications and company announcements. Help gather project information and develop content for groundbreakings, progress updates, grand openings, awards and company news.
• Project Marketing and Field Support: Coordinate project photography, collect progress photos and information from project teams and assist with jobsite signage and other project branding needs. Occasional travel to jobsites and company offices will be required.
• Events, Recruiting and Community Engagement: Support client events, employee events, grand openings, career fairs, conferences and community functions. Coordinate registration, invitations, booth materials, signage, branded merchandise, giveaways, vendors and event follow-up.
• Marketing Resources and Asset Management: Organize and maintain marketing files and branded materials. Help manage shared marketing resources in OneDrive, SharePoint and other company systems.
• CRM and Administrative Support: Maintain accurate CRM and project information, track inquiries and opportunities, assist with marketing calendars and deadlines and support department planning, inventory and vendor coordination.
• Awards and Industry Recognition: Assist with award submissions, sponsorship materials and other opportunities that strengthen Bonneville Builders’ visibility in the industry.

What You Need to Succeed

• Communication and Professional Presence: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to represent Bonneville Builders at jobsites, company events and career fairs.
• Experience and Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or a related field is preferred. One to three years of relevant experience is preferred, although internships and a strong portfolio will be considered.
• Design Skills: A strong eye for layout, typography and visual consistency. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat, is strongly preferred. Experience with Illustrator and Canva is a plus.
• Organization and Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines and requests while maintaining accuracy, brand consistency and strong file organization.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. Experience with HubSpot, Procore, social media scheduling platforms or email marketing tools is a plus.
• Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working with executives, business development professionals, project managers, superintendents, vendors and community partners.
• Adaptability: Willingness to balance planned assignments with changing deadlines, field needs and time-sensitive marketing requests in a fast-paced construction environment.
