Responsibilities:

• Implementing ISO systems and maintaining complete, accurate, and audit‑ready documentation for all SOPs, work instructions, forms, and controlled records.
• Supporting customer audits by coordinating audit logistics, presenting evidence of compliance, and serving as the primary interface with customer quality representatives.
• Managing corrective actions to ensure timely, effective closure of audit findings and customer‑identified issues.
• Handling complaints and recalls by leading root‑cause investigations, coordinating cross‑functional responses, and ensuring preventive actions are implemented and verified.
• Leading the internal audit program including audit scheduling, auditor training, execution, reporting, and follow‑up.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant ISO standards.
• Experience with CAPA, internal auditing, and customer quality interactions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Certifications such as ISO Internal Auditor or Six Sigma
• Lean/Six Sigma experience
