Job Title: Home Services Technician

Location: Port Charlotte, Florida (with services to surrounding areas)

Status: Part-time (15-20 hours per week)

About the Role:

The Home Services Technician works in the field completing projects for our customers. They operate in teams of one or two depending on the scope of the job and will report to the Production Manager. All Home Services Technicians are expected to provide respectful and friendly service to customers while maintaining the highest work quality. This role is starting as a part time position, but as Surv of Port Charlotte continues to grow and expand, so will our Tech roles. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Learn the values and mission of Surv.

• Treat all customers with respect and provide craftsmanship that both reflect well on the brand and our team.

• Learn to use House Call Pro for job management and customer contact. 

• Provide feedback on improvements that create a better customer experience.

• Achieving high service and support ratings from customers and field teams.

Skills We’re Looking For:

• Alignment with our culture and core values.

• Experience doing handyman work or the equivalent–past painting experience a plus.

• Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.

• Versatile – ability to perform various different home maintenance services.

Requirements:

• Over 18 years of age

• Legally authorized to work in the US

• Valid drivers license

• Access to reliable vehicle for transportation

• Smart phone

• High school diploma or GED

This position will require a background check to be eligible for hire.

Compensation and Time Commitment:

• Starting pay will be commensurate with experience level.

• Tips

• Paid time off

• Truck and tools supplied

• Free uniforms

• 15-20 hours per week in the field

• Monday-Friday, with some Saturday phone calls and jobs occasionally
