What You’ll Do

As a Marketing & Promotions Associate, you’ll represent client brands at live events, promotional activations, retail locations, and community campaigns .

You’ll help create positive customer experiences while supporting marketing and promotional initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Represent national and regional brands at events, promotional campaigns, and community activations

• Engage directly with customers and members of the public

• Answer questions and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions

• Create positive and memorable brand experiences

• Support marketing, promotional, and customer engagement campaigns

• Assist with product demonstrations, promotional materials, and event activities

• Build positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interaction

• Track customer feedback and campaign activity

• Share observations and feedback with team members and leadership

• Collaborate with the marketing and promotions team to achieve campaign goals

• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused presence

No Marketing Experience Required

You don't need a marketing degree or previous promotional experience to get started.
