Production Paint Mixer

FinishWorks is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Paint Mixer to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for mixing paints, stains, and coatings according to established formulas while ensuring quality, accuracy, and inventory control.

What You'll Do

• Measure and weigh ingredients according to formula specifications.
• Mix paints, stains, and coatings to established color standards.
• Verify color matches and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow quality, safety, and production procedures.
• Cross-train in other production departments and assist as needed.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with paint, stain, or color matching is a plus.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read and follow formulas, instructions, and production documents.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on quality and accuracy.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the shift.
• Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements. [FWK - Production | Word]
