Adjunct Faculty in Psychology Miami Dade College is seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and student-centered professionals for a part‑time teaching opportunity. Duties and Responsibilities Teach Psychology courses following curriculum standards and learning outcomes. Prepare and deliver engaging instructional materials, lectures, discussions, and classroom activities. Foster a positive, inclusive, and student‑centered learning environment. Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, projects, and participation. Maintain accurate student attendance, grades, and academic records. Provide academic support, guidance, and timely communication to students. Utilize instructional technologies and learning management systems. Adhere to College policies, procedures, and academic standards. Participate in departmental meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities. Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree in Counseling and/or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution, or at least 18 graduate credit hours in those fields.
