ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2002 after building a long career with State Farm that began in 1990, including time as an Agency Field Specialist. That experience gave me a strong foundation in the industry and a true appreciation for what it takes to build an office that supports both customers and team members the right way.

Outside of the office, I’m a proud owner of three dachshunds, and I’m always up for a good puzzle — I love anything that keeps my mind busy. Giving back is also important to me, and our agency stays involved through organizations like the Patriot Parent Association and Toys for Tots.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jennifer Warren - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
