Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) Long-Term Therapy

We’re looking for a full‑time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our Mental Health Department in Washington, with remote work available for residents of Washington or Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing evidence‑based psychosocial treatment and brief behavioral interventions. The Mental Health Department consists of 8 psychiatrists, 4 psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, and 15 therapists. Basic Requirements Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State. Resident of Washington or Oregon to qualify for remote work. Minimum of two years of experience treating common mental health disorders and substance abuse disorders. Ability to engage patients in a therapeutic relationship. Responsibilities Provide evidence‑based psychosocial treatment and brief behavioral interventions to patients. Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients. See an average of 24–28 patients per week, receiving referrals from internal psychiatrists. Work with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other therapists in the department. Remain flexible for both in‑office and remote work arrangements. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $71,213 – $106,820. $8,000 starting bonus. CME allowance. Knowledge of chronic and acute disease and how it impacts functioning preferred.
