Management Analyst

Duties

Performs work-year analysis, reviews Monthly Management Reports, and monitors Manpower Authorization Documents for the Branch and provides recommendations.

Prepares, analyzes, and evaluates essential management information encompassing the technical, quality assurance, supply and contracting functional area.

Develops/coordinates office programs and procedures to create efficient and effective workflow systems.

Determines Directorate training requirements based on specific requests, mission priority, program requirements, and developmental needs of new personnel.
