Responsibilities will vary based on experience level, with opportunities to grow into more advanced technical and leadership responsibilities. If you believe that we would be the right fit for you, we encourage you to apply today.Position Requirements for Industrial Service Technicians:High school diploma or equivalent1–5+ years of relevant technical experience in industrial, commercial, municipal, water/wastewater, electrical, mechanical, or similar environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a customer-facing environmentAbility to identify and address potential safety concernsExperience with Microsoft Office and smart devices preferredAbility to pass a background check, MVR review, and drug screenValid driver's license with a clean driving recordThe starting pay for this position is $25.50 per hour, with final compensation determined based on several factors, including the level of technician you are hired in at, skills, relevant experience, and work location.Xylem offers a competitive compensation package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
