Vascular Area Service Manager

Overview The Vascular Area Service Manager collaborates with key stakeholders to develop, coordinate, and execute service strategies that achieve business objectives within the assigned area. The role provides direction and leadership to clinical employees, including hiring, development, and retention, and maximizes personnel performance through motivation and coaching. Key Responsibilities Drive execution of key initiatives to reach vascular area level goals. Lead and manage all area and district clinical support activities and programs, optimizing resources and delivering customer value. Identify service opportunities via analytics and clinical specialist visits, and develop measurable projects to address them. Collaborate with sales and district leadership to schedule vascular procedures and clinical support efficiently. Coordinate and execute service-related business objectives with sales teams and stakeholders. Drive changes to strengthen PVH Vascular acumen and expand PVH solutions to customers. Recruit, hire, and maintain a diverse bench of Vascular Clinical Specialists. Provide service assessments through business reviews and quality reports, highlighting Medtronic service value. Align service resources with business priorities and customer demands. Maintain accurate SalesForce.com records of all case coverage and non‑procedure activities. Coach and motivate employees to achieve service, implant, and revenue goals. Foster a work environment of positive energy, respect, and teamwork. Assist employees with professional development planning. Communicate vision, goals, and activities to area and district teams. Perform sales support, inventory management, credentialing, expense control, data privacy, warranty credits, and required training. Apply customer‑focused quality concepts consistently. Minimum Qualifications BA/BS in engineering, life sciences, healthcare, nursing, exercise physiology or business. 5+ years of successful healthcare, field clinical/sales support experience. Minimum of 2 years of direct employee management in a healthcare organization. Desired Qualifications Business acumen and strategic thinking skills. Ability to learn and understand technical aspects of the business. Experience managing, coaching, and developing managers and employees. Knowledge of local cardiac customer base and PVH vascular service coverage requirements. Experience in sales, marketing, training, healthcare, technical services, or related areas in the medical device industry. Medtronic experience in a role that interacts with PVH vascular field organization.
