Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Ash Grove Healthcare Facility. Position: Full‐Time, Days. About the Facility Ash Grove Healthcare Facility is an 82‑bed long‑term care skilled nursing facility with a 20‑bed memory care unit designed for residents with dementia. Responsibilities Maintain and assure that nursing functions promote quality care. Oversee operations, policies, and procedures. Provide leadership and guidance to staff. Requirements Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an LTC, SNF, or acute care setting. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and excellent leadership/mentorship skills. License: RN, LPN, or LVN. Physical ability: stand long periods, walk throughout facility, assist with resident care as needed.
