Job Summary:

HireCare Services - Massachusetts, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking an exceptional RN LPN Supervisor to join our team in Topsfield, MA. As an RN LPN Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, while also supporting and developing our team of dedicated nurses.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of Registered Nurses on every other weekend, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nurses to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote excellence in patient care
• Identify and address patient safety concerns
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• 2 minimum years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (desirable, but not mandatory)
