About The Role Nen Creative is looking for a Creative Recruiter to help us identify, source, and screen top talent — with a clear priority on creative roles across video production, motion, design, and creative operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong taste who understands creative work deeply and knows how to identify high‑potential talent beyond just resumes. You'll work closely with our leadership and production team to help scale the company by building a stronger hiring pipeline across a range of disciplines — creative first, but ultimately everything from production to operations to client leadership. What You'll Do Source and identify creative talent across production, animations, cinematography, editing, design, and other creative roles Review portfolios, reels, resumes, and past work to help identify strong candidates Conduct initial outreach, screenings, and introductory interviews Help organize and improve our hiring process, candidate pipeline, and recruiting systems Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, skill gaps, and role requirements Coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communication Help proactively build relationships with high-quality creative talent before hiring needs become urgent Assist with writing and refining job postings and recruiting materials Support both freelance/contract and full-time hiring efforts What We're Looking For Strong understanding of creative industries, including video production, motion design, branding, or digital design Strong creative judgment and ability to evaluate portfolios and reels Comfortable speaking with creative talent and assessing fit beyond technical skill alone Experience recruiting for creative, agency, startup, or production environments preferred Self-directed and able to operate independently Strong proficiency in utilizing tools & AI to improve workflows Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Why Join Us Work directly with the partners on ambitious, high-impact projects across some of the most interesting companies in tech Own hiring end-to-end, with real influence over who joins and how the team grows Help shape the brands, narratives, and stories of the next generation of tech companies Medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), PTO, and company holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Nen Creative
