Job Summary: The Associate Storeroom Clerk plays a vital role in supporting daily hospital operations by efficiently receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment essential for quality patient care. This position ensures accurate inventory management and timely delivery of supplies to various departments.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Receive all incoming supplies and equipment, verifying accuracy by comparing packing slips with physical counts before storage.
- Prepare receiving notices and forward documentation to the Inventory Control Coordinator.
- Unpack shipments for storage or delivery and place items into inventory.
- Inspect, pull, and deliver par-level items to appropriate departments.
- Fill supply orders adequately for all departments and deliver to specified areas.
- Conduct physical inventory of supply rooms and report any surpluses or shortages to the Inventory Control Coordinator.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Work Shift: Day shift, scheduled as needed (PRN), Monday through Friday with no weekend work.
