Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions, while meeting departmental objectives.
- Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Assess patient needs and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals and techniques.
