Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Tufts Behavioral Health, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Implementing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care tailored to the client’s needs.

• Developing, executing, and regularly reviewing personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and progress.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.

• Facilitating crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans when necessary.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Leading group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enrich the therapeutic experience for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will help clients from various backgrounds navigate their struggles, create tailored treatment plans, and foster personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

Preferred Experience\n
