What You'll Do

• Provide top-tier neonatal intensive care in a 40-bed Level III NICU
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of Neonatologists offering 24/7 in-house coverage
• Utilize advanced therapies such as HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
• Work closely with pediatric surgery and cardiology specialists to manage complex cases
• Coordinate patient transfers with a nurse-led neonatal transport team
• Deliver family-centered care in a single-family room NICU environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, education, and compassionate support

What You Need

• Required: Medical license in Virginia, Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology
• Preferred: Prior NICU experience, strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset
