Hiring Senior Caregivers 17 to 19 per hour

What You’ll Do Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene . Provide safe assistance with mobility, transfers, walking, and positioning . Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. Provide medication reminders according to the client’s care plan. This is a non-clinical role. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities. Help with light housekeeping to keep the home clean, safe, and comfortable . Observe and report changes in a client’s physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to the office team. Follow individualized care plans, company policies, and safety procedures. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Previous professional caregiving experience is required , preferably in home care, assisted living, or a skilled nursing facility. HHA or CNA certification is preferred, but not required. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. A compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful approach to care. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance are required.
