Position Section 8 Occupancy Specialist Location Newport, KY Overview To provide and develop quality, affordable housing opportunities while revitalizing our neighborhoods! Responsibilities Conduct group and individual sessions with clients regarding program rules. Execute paperwork necessary for assistance. Calculate tenant rents. Document client files. Perform data input. Assist with occupancy matters. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent math and communication skills.
