Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals of Windsor is hiring for Warehouse Order Selectors to become a vital part of our client's fast-paced distribution operation. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that our customers receive their products promptly and in perfect condition.


Location : Chicopee, MA


Pay : $15.75


Shift : 2nd shift, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm


Responsibilities:

• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately select and process customer orders.
• Perform order picking and packing to meet quality control standards and ensure timely shipment.
• Assist with shipping & receiving activities, including verifying inbound/outbound shipments and maintaining accurate records.
• Conduct regular quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order picking accuracy.
• 2 years of recent work history in a related position.
• Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and warehouse distribution workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail during picking & packing activities.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout shifts.
