Qualified Candidates

• Scope of Practice: Expertly evaluate, diagnose, and surgically manage patients presenting with degenerative, traumatic, neoplastic, and complex spinal disorders.
• Surgical Versatility: Perform a broad range of spine procedures utilizing both advanced minimally invasive techniques and traditional open surgical approaches.
• Continuum of Care: Deliver comprehensive preoperative consultations, inpatient rounding, and structured postoperative complication management and follow-up care.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with orthopedic spine surgeons, pain management specialists, neurologists, hospitalists, and rehabilitation teams to optimize outcomes.
• Operational Duties: Participate in shared on-call coverage, emergency room consultations, and maintain meticulous, timely documentation within the electronic health record.
• Clinical Governance: Actively engage in facility quality improvement initiatives, peer review panels, and departmental leadership meetings.
• Educational Prerequisites: Must hold a valid Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification: Must be US board-certified or actively board-eligible in neurosurgery via the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS) or the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (AOBS).
• Experience Level: Both seasoned, high-volume attending physicians and exceptional, newly graduated fellows are highly encouraged to apply.
