Public Consulting Group is seeking a SNAP Quality Assurance Consultant to join our Human Services team. The role focuses on analyzing SNAP eligibility operations, QA processes, and performance data to deliver effective state solutions. You will observe current processes, review QC findings, and translate them into training and policy enhancements. You will coach state agency leaders, eligibility staff, and project teams, helping to minimize payment errors and improve customer service through #J-18808-Ljbffr Public Consulting Group
