Active Chiropractic Office Manager Job Description Seeking a part-time office manager to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of Active Chiropractic Wellness Clinic. Key Responsibilities Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule front office staff to ensure efficient daily clinic operations. Patient Relations: Welcome patients, resolve inquiries or concerns, and assist with onboarding and paperwork. Clinic Workflow: Coordinate patient flow between the front desk, clinical assistants, and the chiropractor to minimize wait times. Billing & Insurance: Verify insurance benefits, process claims, and manage collections and payments using practice management software. Administrative Duties: Order office supplies, manage inventory (vitamins, etc) and oversee the clinic schedule. Marketing: Develop and manage internal and external marketing. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 1-3 years of previous experience in office management and billing. Technical Skills: Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), practice management systems, and standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Soft Skills: Strong leadership and delegation skills, solid interpersonal communication, multitasking abilities, and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
