Operations Supervisor Twinsburg, OH, United States | req31183 Work schedule: 1st shift What you will enjoy doing* * In this role you will ensure plant operations are conducted safely and responsibly, maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies and Linde policies * Schedule production of cylinder gases to meet customer requirements, maintaining stock levels and monitoring raw material deliveries * Drive productivity to maximize plant capabilities and operational efficiency * You will ensure proper appearance, image, and security of the facility and equipment and provide job training and support employee career development, supervising personnel fairly to foster motivation and empowerment * You will anage employee activities, conduct thorough accident/incident investigations, and complete all required reports accurately * Support distribution of products efficiently, interacting professionally with internal and external customers * Respond to emergency calls and conduct monthly safety meetings, assisting in SOP implementation and monitoring asset usage What makes you great * Bachelor's degree is preferred; high school diploma or GED is required * You have at least three (3) years of experience leading and developing employees * Production / distribution experience required; industrial gas industry or equivalent experience preferred for this role * You possess in-depth knowledge of cylinder gases and processes of each * You must be knowledgeable in all regulatory agencies including, but not limited to, FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA * You are proficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications, Lotus Notes and CU Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
