Job Description
- Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Facilitate Kaizen and value stream mapping events
- Identify and execute cost reduction opportunities
- Develop KPI reporting and performance tracking
- Train employees on Lean tools and methodologies
- Support plant-wide continuous improvement culture
The Successful Applicant
A successful Continuous Improvement Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Lean and Continuous Improvement experience
- Six Sigma/Formal Lean Certification required
- Strong project management skills
- Manufacturing background required
