Co-Dough Bakery Operations ManagerCo-Dough is a fast-growing sourdough bakery in Newport, Rhode Island built around quality, consistency, and creating an exceptional customer experience. What started as a small bakery has quickly grown into a high-volume operation, and we're looking for the right leader to help us continue building the business.We're not looking for someone to simply manage a shift. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, solves problems, and helps maintain the standards that have made Co-Dough successful.The RoleThe Bakery Operations Manager is responsible for helping oversee the day-to-day operation of the bakery, including both production and front of house.This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work alongside the team while ensuring production stays on schedule, quality standards are maintained, employees are supported, and daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to make decisions independently. They take pride in their work, hold themselves and others accountable, and are always looking for ways to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency.
